At MLC Healing, my mission is to create a safe and open space for you to share your experience and challenges with me, to help you cultivate a peaceful life, achieve your personal or professional goals, and focus on positivity, growth, healing, and happiness. I offer a variety of services: life coaching, mentorship, and resources. Together we can focus on addressing and overcoming obstacles or challenges using different tools.
About me
A little about me: I am originally from Ohio and moved to Arizona in 2023. I love to read, be outdoors, travel, yoga/pilates, and spending time with family and friends. I am also a proud dog mom!
I am a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker. I graduated from OSU with my Bachelors in 2022 and have about 6 years of experience in the field. I am currently getting my Masters in Social Work at ASU.
With my education, field experience, and personal life experiences, I have learned a lot of helpful tools that I would like to share with others.
I have experienced poverty, abuse and neglect, been involved in domestic violence relationships, witness to substance abuse and DV, have struggled with insecurities, trust issues, and more. I have endured trauma but have persevered, and you can too!
I am still working on my healing journey, because that’s exactly what healing is, a journey. Which is why I would love to share my tools with and help others on their healing journeys.
